360° Business Case
& Strategy Development

Designing actionable frameworks that align purpose-driven goals with your overall business strategy, based on the quantitative data and the qualitative insights gathered in the first step or possibly HR Policy Review if required. This is the third step in our proven 5-step process.

Breakfast Culture’s Proven 5-Step Human Capital Assessment Process:

  1. Current State Assessment: Using data-driven tools to evaluate the organization’s current culture and practices.

  2. Benchmarking: Conducting detailed analysis and reporting based on gathered data.

  3. Strategic Recommendations: Developing tailored solutions to address gaps and opportunities.

  4. Approval Phase: Refining and finalizing strategies in partnership with stakeholders.

  5. Tech-Driven Implementation: Rolling out programs with the guiding mantra: “It’s not about what we do, but how we do it.”

Step 3: Strategic Recommendations

At this stage in the process, Breakfast Culture designs actionable frameworks that align purpose-driven goals with your overall business strategy, based on the quantitative data and qualitative insights gathered in the first two steps via the anonymous  Employee Engagement Survey or possibly HR Policy Review if required. We lead a Strategic Leadership Session using Employee Engagement Survey insights and themes with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to prioritize specific initiatives, assign accountability, set goals and develop realistic timelines. All informed by industry standards GDEIB (Global Diversity Equity Inclusion Benchmarks) or ISO304015.

We educate your ELT, key Change Agents, and Employee Resource Groups about the Inclusion Continuum and what organizations look like at each level from 0 to 5; in fact more than 85% of North American organizations are at level 3 (The Business Case) or less on the Inclusion Continuum.

There is no one size fits all for organizations when it comes to unlocking your human potential. Breakfast Culture has cultivated relationships with other Human Capital Consultants to address myriad workplace issues that include: Accessibility, Neurodiversity, Religion, Anti-Fat Bias, and more. This is how we customize the right solution for each client.
