About Us

“Culture eats strategy for breakfast.”

This well-known quote, often attributed to the legendary management consultant Peter Drucker, highlights a hard truth: even the best strategies can fail if a company’s culture is misaligned with its leadership’s vision.

At Breakfast Culture, we understand this dynamic. Many organizations pour resources into their strategic plans, marketing, and communications, only to encounter setbacks —negative publicity, reduced sales, or even declining stock performance. The root cause? A corporate culture that hinders progress or fails to support the company’s goals.

We’re proud to bring a unique perspective and expertise to the table. Breakfast Culture is a member of the Canadian Black Chamber of Commerce (CBCC) and a certified diverse supplier with the Canadian Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (CGLCC) and the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) in the U.S. We are also graduates of the BMO Elevate Diverse Business Development Program (Class of 2023) and the EY Entrepreneur Access Network (Class of 2023).
